Joyful Journaling: An Invitation for Art and Writing
Create your own journal full of art, writing, and whatever brings you joy!
Let’s start the New Year off on a bright note! Using writing prompts, collages, folded paper, and art techniques, we will create meaningful journals with pages filled with joyful thoughts, gorgeous colors and sketches and quiet spaces for reflection. Based on the writings of the Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu, we will add quotes that inspire practices of finding laughter and contemplation within our creative practices while making a book you will want to return to over and over again. We have all the necessary supplies, including paints, collage sheets, pens, and a beautiful blank book to start your journey.
