By submitting this agreement, I agree to all the terms and conditions listed below. Reference herein to “MoA” shall mean Museum of Art | Fort Collins, a Colorado 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. I acknowledge that MoA is not liable for damage or loss of materials submitted.

1. Donor relinquishes ownership or property rights with respect to the artwork if it sells.
2. Donor does hereby assign to MoA a nonexclusive license to use images of the artwork in connection with the project itself, regardless of scale or in any other form.
3. Donor agrees to deliver accepted artwork to MoA at 201 S College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80524 during pick up times. September 17- September 19, 2026.
4. 3 (three) artworks max to submit.
5. Donor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MoA for any claim, cost or liability resulting from breach of this agreement by the donor.

Artwork for sale must be valued for sale above $100.

The artwork MUST be framed and ready to hang with hanging hardware. The only exception to this is unframed canvas on stretcher bars.

By checking the box you agree that this is a full donation of the sale of the artwork to the Museum of Art Fort Collins.

If the artwork is NOT sold, we request that the donor pick it up at the museum. The museum will not hold the work or take responsibility for the work after the sale ends. Pick up dates will be determined and sent to all donors.
