Milestone One: Secure Our Foundation
Goal: Secure your unique historic building
Before we can grow, we need to stand on solid ground. Owning our building outright will free up vital monthly funds, giving us the flexibility to invest in our mission and programs rather than debt. This is the first and most urgent step, and every contribution brings us closer to financial stability and independence.
Why it matters:
- Ensures our space remains a lasting home for our community
- Reduces monthly expenses so we can direct funds to what matters most
- Builds long-term sustainability
- Restore a historic building, located in the heart of Old Town
Milestone Two: Make Our Building Accessible and Safe
Goal: Renovate main floor for Updated Gallery Space, Accessibility & Safety
Our building should be a place where everyone feels welcome and safe. Reaching Milestone Two means we can invest in critical renovations of the main gallery, including an accessible entrance and improved emergency systems that will bring our building up to modern standards. These upgrades will ensure dignity and safety for all who walk through our doors.
What we will do:
- Install accessible entrance
- Upgrade fire safety, climate and emergency systems
- Renovate the main floor galleries
Milestone Three: Expand Our Impact
Goal: Build an Addition to Our Space
Once we’ve secured our base and improved our space, it’s time to grow. Milestone Three is our vision for the future: an addition to our building that creates room for more exhibitions, more community events, and more people to be part of our mission. This expansion is about possibility, and together we can bring it to life.
With your help, we will:

- Create a rooftop garden for gatherings and events
- Add new areas for education, performance, and community engagement
