A few things to know before you apply:

  • No income verification or proof of financial need is required
  • Applications are open to anyone connected to a MoA for All partner organization, but direct family applications are also welcome
  • Former recipients are not disqualified
  • The attendance commitment checkbox is required – a no-show takes a spot from another family
  • Your contribution preference does not affect your application or selection in any way (the default is 100% covered)
  • If you are applying for more than one child, you must fill out one for each child – please note in the “anything else you would like us to know” if they have any siblings/family that are also applying!
