2026 Winter Exhibitions opening

Join us for our 2026 Winter Exhibitions Opening on Thursday, January 22 from 6:00-8:00pm. The opening will feature the exhibition Installation Nation in the main gallery. This group exhibition gathers together five local and regional artists to explore the intersection of installation art, nature and our environment. Featured artists are Nicole Banowetz (Denver, CO), Ashley Hope Carlisle (Laramie, WY), Chelsea Gilmore (Fort Collins, CO), Katelynn Mai-Fusco (Greeley, CO), and Abbie Powers (Loveland, CO). The museum will also host Gina Blickenstaff (Fort Collins, CO) with her unique landscape paintings in our lobby gallery as well as artists Derrick Velasquez and Gretchen Marie Schaefer in an exhibition titled: A Pendulum Oscillates About It’s Lowest Point with guest curators Jenny Nagashima and Ilan Gutin, organized by Dinghy Rig in our Peter D. Springberg, MD Vault Gallery. Heavy appetizers and free drinks will be part of the event.
