Cancellation & Refund Policies

We understand that sometimes people must cancel their class/workshop prepaid reservation.
Please help us continue to offer these wonderful classes, at the most affordable costs possible, by reading our cancellation policies.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Classes are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 1 business day before the class starts. If MoA cancels a class, camp, workshop, the participant will have the option to transfer to another class, as long as space is available, or receive a 100% refund.

What is the Refund Policy?

If a participant chooses to withdraw from a class, camp, workshop, the refund policies are as follows. Any payments refunded will be done within 7 business days.

Classes & Workshops:

  • 100% refunded with 48 hours notice prior to the start date of the class.
  • Outside of 48 hours of the class, no refund will be given.
