Cancellation & Refund Policies

We understand that sometimes people cannot make it to their prepaid reservation.
Please help us continue these offerings in the most affordable way by reading our cancellation policies.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Classes may be cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached or extraneous circumstances interfere. Cancellations are determined no later than 1 business day before the class starts. If MoA cancels a class or camp, the participant will have the option to transfer to another class, space permitting, or receive a 100% refund.

What is the Refund Policy?

If a participant chooses to withdraw from a class, camp, workshop, the refund policies are as follows. Any payments refunded will be done within 7 business days.

Classes & Workshops:

  • 100% refunded with 48 hours notice prior to the start date of the class.
  • Within 48 hours of the class, no refund will be given.
